Our ACT! web-based training sessions are designed to help you learn to use ACT! to do more deals, increase your productivity, and provide better service to your clients.

Training is commercial real estate-specific; while we will certainly teach you what buttons to push, the focus is on effective use of ACT! to ramp up your success in commercial real estate.

Public webinars are normally held the last Wednesday of each month (except during the holidays, when the date may vary).

Our commercial real estate overlay for ACT! is included free with the training class.
We can install it for you before the class if you prefer.
You must provide your own copy of ACT! itself, 2008-2011.

We use the instructor's computer for the class - it is not necessary to already have ACT! installed on your PC to attend the class.

We do not sell our software - the only way to get it is to attend a training class.

You need to supply ACT! (2008-2012) to install our software ** (not included) and we will provide you with the custom real estate database, layouts and reports to install on your computer. This includes a license to activate and use the software on one (1) computer. Licenses are not transferable.

Additional users must attend training in order to have the software activated on their computers.

Please note: Due to limited class size, we turn students away once the class is full. Therefore, class registrations are not refundable within 14 days of the event. You may elect to have someone else attend in your place if you are unable to make it. If no one attends in your place, you may apply 1/2 of the tuition fee towards any future class. Registration fee is not refundable once our software has been installed on your computer and/or you have attended the training class. ACT! itself is not our product; it is warrantied by Sage Software, not us. We are not responsible for any issues with the ACT! software. In the event of power loss, storm activity, Internet outage, or other event outside of our control which makes it impossible to hold the class as scheduled, students will be enrolled in the next available class. Registering for the webinar signifies your understanding and acceptance of this policy.
