How much does the program cost?

We don't sell software, we sell training.

If we just sold the overlay to you without teaching you to use ACT! to manage your commercial real estate practice, you would use 20% of the features and it would become an overpriced Rolodex... much like what you're currently using.

Our CRE overlay for ACT! is not for sale - we give it away free to clients who we train to use ACT! to be more productive in their real estate practice. Training you to use ACT! to better lease and sell commercial real estate ensures that you can hit the ground running and be more effective immediately - we are not interested in selling you a box that sits on your desk.

Training is done either through in-house training for large teams or whole firms, or by attending a web-based public training session for individual brokers or small teams.

Individual broker training is only $379 per person and includes our software.

Over 17 years of experience training brokers to use ACT! has taught us one thing - no matter what software you choose, you will be much more effective if you get trained to use it. With that in mind, the only way to get our software is to attend a training session - our customized software is included. You just install your own copy of ACT! 2008, 2009, 2010 or 2011 and we'll provide the rest.
