Property Database
The commercial real estate property database built in the ACT! for Commercial Real Estate allows you to track the buildings you represent for easy reporting to owners, or prospective tenants or buyers. You can quickly link owners, tenants and prospects to the properties they are related to.
Just like the contact screens, everything in the ACT! for CRE property database is customizable. You can quickly:
- add unlimited new fields
- remove anything you don't need
- create additional tabs, and
- move things around the screen to fit your preferences.
