Synchronizing your calendar and contacts with Outlook is built-in to ACT! 2011. This allows you to continue to sync with your smart-phone the same way you always have. Contacts and appointments entered in either ACT!, Outlook or your smart-phone will appear in all three, or you can specify the sync to go in only one direction. You can even choose to have only certain select items sync - it's totally up to you.

For users of older versions of ACT!, or if you prefer to bypass Outlook for your phone syncing, you can also sync directly to your Blackberry, iPhone, Android, Palm or Windows phone by adding either Handheld Contact, ACT! Mobile Live, CompanionLink, DoubleLook, or 123 Synchronizer.
